Method: JYFL resistive miniature oven (operated at around 600 degrees C)
Materials: Isotopically enriched 76Ge (fine metallic powder, color black/dark gray) in a tungsten (W) crucible.
Mixing gas: O2 (He was also tried, but it provided very poor performance)
Microwave power: 190 W
Extraction voltage: 10 kV
Material consumption: 0.28 mg/h (averaged over the 1 week run)
