(2) Tuning 2927.56.2018 (test with recently assembled 36 segment hexapole were started)). Background pressure in injection still quite high (1.5E-7 mbar).

Microwave power: 2000 W + 500 W from 18 GHz + 14 GHz klystrons klystrons.  Fast tuning on Ar¹²⁺ at 19 kV. Current limit was set to 6 mA. This limit was met and HV automatically shut OFF causing strong spark (destroyed at least puller HV power supply). Intensity gradually increased when Ar feed was increased. I didn't have time to measure Ar¹³⁺ but spectrum show that it is about 330 µA or slightly more.

(3) Tuning 31.5.2018 about 10 % lower B-fields, 1 kW + 0.4 kW µw power
