14 GHz ECRIS, MIVOC method
Titanium beams were produced on JYFL 14 GHz ECRIS using MIVOC method using MIVOC method with commercially available compound (CH3)5C5natTi(CH3)3. The compound is light, air and moisture sensitive. Material Safety Data Sheets for safe use of Ti compound can be found from here.
The source was tuned for Ti11+.
Mixing gas: no mixing gas was used for the record values.
Microwave power: 350 W
Acceleration voltage: 10 kV (JYFL extraction system)
Material consumption: N/A
