AECR 14 GHz ECRIS

The 14 GHz AECR ion source is build following the designs from the 14 GHz AECR ion source at Jyvaskyla which is build according the designs of the AECR-U source at the Lawrence Berkeley National Laboratory. All parts of the source are either manufactured at KVI-CART or commercially purchased.  The main solenoids originate from a CAPRICE type of ion source. First ion beam was extracted in 2005.
