Microwave power: 2000 W + 300 W from 18 GHz + 14 GHz klystrons 

Acceleration voltage: 18 kV/3.6 mA (HIISI extraction system). Plasma electrode aperture 8 mm in diameter.

Note: Tuning for Ar13+ ion beam.
