Spectrum obtained with ECR4 and optimized on 106Cd21+ (3.7 μA). RF power: 139 W (17W reflected), 25 kV/1.0 mA, buffer gas O2: 6E-6 mbar at injection, 2E-7 mbar at extraction, oven power 0.5 W (~100°C off line), oven position: +6 mm inside the plasma chamber, no bias, coils: 1071A/1044A. Transport efficiency up to the faraday cup: ~50%.
