The beam was produced by using 14 GHz ECRIS. The ion source was tuned for He⁺.

Mixing gas: no mixing gas

Microwave power: 200 W

Acceleration voltage: 10 kV  (JYFL 14 GHz extraction system)

Material consumption: N/A

Note: He²⁺ beam was produced with HIISI at 18 kV. The extraction was not able to handle higher total beam intensities (above 5 mA).
